Ben’s focus took a new direction in 2023 because of the explosive growth in generative AI tools. He took one of his passions of helping people defining their career paths and finding their dream jobs and combined it with his knowledge of generative AI to help hundreds of people succeed in their career goals. He engaged with recruiters, career counselors, and job seekers, and took his message to a wider audience through webinars, podcasts, personal coaching, and a recently published book “Find Your Next Job With ChatGPT, A Guide for Everyone.”
Michael Ayalon and Ben Gold partnered together to create an impactful program designed to leverage the power of generative AI for fraternities and sororities in their recruiting efforts.
